Yes, luggage storage is readily available during reception hours.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Unfortunately we do not offer airport transfers however you can utilise the airport taxi rank or use Ubers to get to our hotel.
How far are you from the airport?
We are about 7–8 km from Cairns Airport (CNS). By car or taxi, it usually takes 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic. By public transport, it’s roughly 20–30 minutes, including bus or shuttle options.
What time does your reception open/close?
Please be advised that our reception hours are 9am till 8pm. If your estimated arrival time falls outside these hours, you will need to contact us during business hours for instructions. If you have any issues, you can contact us at 07 40418168
My flight gets in after you're closed, will I still be able to check in?
Yes, we do offer a late check in via an afterhours phone service. Please let our reception team know that you will be arriving late so they can arrange an after hours check in.
